Lifenews.ca – 2003-2014 Maddie died peacefully at home, surrounded by love and family, after a long battle with a DIPG brain tumour on Saturday, June 7th at the age of 11. Dear daughter to Doug and Saundra Costantini (Roszmann), loving big sister and best friend to Kayla age 9. Madison, you are now at peace with God, but you will always be a part of us. She will be forever missed but never forgotten by her aunts, uncles, and cousins; David & Kim Quesnelle: Kylie and Matthew. Nick & Sharon Costantini: Connor, Courtney and Ashley.
